1. How to correctly label and identify your samples

Once you have collected your saliva and blood samples, place the containers in the zipper bag shipped with your kit.

Clearly write your name, order number and email on the samples on the designated sticker to identify which sample belongs to whom.

Each sample should be identified as follows:

(IN CLEAR, READABLE CAPITAL LETTERS)

  • FULL NAME
  • EMAIL
  • ORDER NUMBER

Your order number has a prefix of CW-  followed by a number of digits. For example CW-00123. You can find this correct number in your order email or in your account.

Repeat this step for all persons in the test.

Duo tests needs two zipper bags, a couple test must contain four zipper bags.

This way samples are correctly labeling and prevents mix-ups in the laboratory. 99% of sample mix-ups are due to wrong or incorrect labeling.Be a good customer. Thank you.

2. How to correctly submit your samples to the post office

Collect all samples and put them in a padded envelope. We prefer all samples for each person in the test to be submitted in one single envelope.

Please bring your samples to the post office and pay for the proper postage with a tracking code. This is required to track proof of delivery or when samples get lost during transit. Without a tracking code, it is impossible to verify the delivery of your samples.

Collecting and submitting samples

Collecting Saliva Samples

Collecting Saliva Samples:

  1. Do not brush teeth before collecting sample. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes prior to sample collection.
  2. Collect the morning saliva cortisol sample between 07.00h and 09.00h. Collect samples in a Sarstedt Salivette Tube.
  3. Hold the Salivette at the rim of the suspended insert and remove the stopper. Removal of the stopper is easier if you slightly push it to the side when opening the suspended insert.
  4. Do not touch the swab with fingers. Remove the cotton swab from the Salivette by tipping the container, so the swab falls directly into the mouth.
  5. To collect the saliva, roll the swab in your mouth. Do not chew the swab. Keep the swab in your mouth until you feel that you can no longer prevent yourself from swallowing the saliva produced. This normally takes about 60 to 90 seconds, but may take a little longer.
  6. Then spit the swab back into the suspended insert without touching it. Close the Salivette firmly with the stopper.

Collecting Blood Samples

Collecting Blood Finger Prick Samples:

Please refer to the visual instructions that ship with your blood test kit for detailed instructions.

  1. Position Finger: Anchor the selected hand against a firm surface. Pull the clear cap of the lancet and press the small section against the side of the fingertip until the lancet makes a click sound. Wipe the first blood clean with a sterile gauze.
  2. Apply the blood drops: Do not remove the clear cover. Gently add some pressure near the puncture to obtain 2 to 3 drops of blood. If blood flow stops, wipe with clean and sterile gauze again to assist blood flow.
  3. Wait for blood to disperse: Allow blood droplets to fall directly into the center of the application disk and flow through the small hole. Watch for the blood to wick out completely to the edges of the fan form (about one minute).
  4. Close the device: Once blood drops are applied, close the device firmly on a flat surface, making sure the latches are secure.

Tips:

Encourage blow flow:

  • Wash hands in very warm water.
  • Vigorously shake hand.
  • Massage selected hand.
  • Vigorously rub the selected finger stick area.
  • Let your hand hang at your side and shake it back and forth for 15-20 seconds.

Tips on using lancet:

  • Anchor hand against firm surface before using the lancet.
  • Select either the middle finger or ring finger of the non-dominant hand as the site for your finger stick.
  • Use the side of the fingertip pad as the puncture site.
  • Pull clear cap off lancet and press small red section firmly against the side of the fingertip.

Will I receive a test kit at home?

You will receive a test kit with at the comfort of your home.

I can't see my order in my account

Most likely you have purchased the test as a guest and later decide to log in. Due to the nature of fast and effortless guest checkouts, the order is separated from your account email.

If you decide to login later and can’t find the order, send us an email and our technical staff will manually attach your account email to your order number.

Due to privacy and the nature of guest checkouts, this process cannot be automated.

My order states Completed but I haven't received my results

This is normal. You have purchased a test and the purchase has been completed in our payment system. This has nothing to do with the test procedure. You will receive your test kit and your tracking code in 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive your results in 7 to 10 business days after we have received your samples in our laboratory.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

First of all make sure you have checked your spam folder.

Shop emails tend to arrive in spam folders depending on your email provider or email settings.

The order emails can take a while to be delivered depending on your bank payment processor.

Is it possible to determine your intolerances by yourself?

Can I understand the results by myself?

Yes, the results are meant to be as easy to understand and user-friendly as possible.

What do the “reaction degrees” on the results report mean?

In the report you will find several headings. Each list the tested values. These values are shown as a color value in green (safe), orange (average risk), red (caution)

Some of the items will have a further explanation next to them to further detail the intolerances.
