Ten years ago, I suffered from a bloated feeling and abdominal distension after eating. Sometimes I also had diarrhea and then constipation, I went crazy sometimes. I felt old and tired, and that’s how I looked as well. I was overweight, no energy, high blood pressure and a high cholesterol.

I took pills for everything that I suffered from, and I had to deal with unpleasant side effects. It didn’t make me feel any better, on the contrary: I felt worse and worse. At one point I was taking pills for the side effects of the pills that I was already taking.

Excellent customer service

My doctor recommended this test to me with a list of symptoms. The doctor said it was likely a food sensitivity, so I decided to order from here. I contacted Risa and Adriaan by email and they replied to me the same day. Excellent customer service. I felt I was in good hands all the way. I sent my samples to a lab they recommended and got my results a few days later. It turned out I am indeed sensitive to multiple foods (cucumber and paprika). I was glad I didn’t have to go through a full elimination diet to find out. Now I can start a food sensitivity diet with knowledge and hopefully get rid of my symptoms.
